Open to all our kids who have earned their Blue Sash and are over 7 and a half years old. This class will cover the sparring elements for the intermediate and advanced sashes. Highly recommended as an extra class for those looking to improve their skills and advance in the program. Any kids attending will be working on earning their C.M.A.A.P Badges at this class. Lots of bag work, pad work, drilling of practical techniques and semi contact sparring. This class will be one of the highlight of our week!
